Q1. Can I buy 1 piece per design?
A1. Yes, there is no minimum order

Q2. What are the measurement of the clothes?
A2. In general, free-size blouse and dress are suitable for the bust of 32-34 inches ladies to wear.
For S, M, L Sizes clothes are suitable for the bust of 32, 34, 36 inches ladies to wear respectively.
For dress/skirt, S, M, L size are suitable for the waist of 26, 28, 30 inches ladies to wear respectively.
For Pants, S, M, L size are suitable for the waist of 26, 28, 30 inches ladies to wear respectively, low-waist cutting.
For XL item, bust size is 38 inches and waist size is 32 inches. For XXL item, bust size is 40 inches and waist size is 34 inches.

Q3. How can I make the payment if I have credit card only?
A3. Please sign up a PayPal account in www.paypal.com so that you can make the payment by your credit card.

Q4. How long will I be able to receive the apparels after payment has been made?
A4. It will take approximately 2-3weeks for preorder items and about 3 working days for instock items
*SingPost normally takes 2 - 4 working days to post out items (excludes weekends/public holidays). However, as post is sorted out manually, please be prepared to wait up to 7 days for item/s to reach.

Q5. What is the difference between normal mail postage & registered mail postage?
A5. Reply from SingPost:* Normal mail postage: Article will be placed in your mail box * Registered mail postage: Postman will deliver the article to your doorstep and will require your signature/ acknowledgement.

Q6. For normal mail: How will my goods be delivered since it's gonna be a big package?
Reply from SingPost:* The article will be placed in your mail box if it can be fitted in.* If not, a notification letter will be issued by SingPost. Customers can then collect the article from the allocated post office with the letter issued.

Shipping/Delivery

1. Goods will be sent via normal mail unless specified by customers. Please note we will not be responsible for tracking the parcels and will not be responsible should the parcel be lost in transit.

2. Free normal Postage. For registered mail, shipping costs will be $3.00 per item.

3. Currently we do not have the facility of shipping overseas.

4. Seller will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during postage.

We accept local Bank transfers (E.g. ATM funds transfer, i-Banking) to our UOB or POSB Accounts or via Paypal.

Payment has to be made within 3 working days upon receiving our confirmation otherwise order will be considered void.

Please do remember to drop us a e-mail after you made your money transfer so we can process your order in the quickest time possible.

1. Transfers done through a different bank (eg. OCBC) will take around 2 working days to take effect

*Free Meet up is only possible at Sengkang (Compasspoint or Fernvale), AMK, YCK, Admiralty, Woodlands, Raffles Place at Seller's convenient timing.

A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 48hours together with payment summary after receiving your order.

1. All items are on pre-order basis unless otherwise specified.

2. Confirmation of your order will be sent to you via email and payment must be made within 3 days of receipt of confirmation email(instocks),by the respective stated date(Preorder) otherwise order will be considered cancelled automatically.

3. Orders will only be made after we receive your payment. Once payment has been made, no changes can be made to the order.

4. Please allow 14-21 days shipping time, however, should there be any delay in the shipping time from supplier, you will be notified accordingly.

5.We will keep you posted on the status of your order via email.

6. In the event the item you ordered is out of stock from the supplier, you will be notified via email and we will do a refund for that item via bank transfer to your account.
